Analysis InstructionsLook for emails in the past 30 days that you've broadcast. Go to ROI detailed view and quick filter on email since 1st tracking. Sort by clicks descending. Scroll until you find the email in the content column.
Verify that you are using email-broadcast as UTM_source.
Verify that clicks are captured. Scroll down to see the total number of email rows. Is this email in the top 33% of results for click count? If so, people are interested in this email's topic or offer and they should continue talking about it in email.
If not, either the email format is not acceptable, or people didn't care. If you feel very strongly that your ideal customer should be interested in the topic, then it means switch up the email format. Shorter or longer text, more/less images, video thumbnail / no video thumbnail, reveal offer/don't reveal offer.
