Preparing for Customer Calls is an important step in providing quality support and having the most productive meetings possible.
Our Goal is to have an outline/checklist to follow for all scheduled calls with customers.
The folder for the checklist templates is on the Google Drive in Customer Support
The primary calls we are concerned with are the calls our customers get when they sign up with Wicked Reports.
The Calls we currently have checklists for are:
- Setup Audit Call
- 15 - Day Consulting Call
- 30 - Day Consulting Call
- 60 - Day Consulting Call
30 Day Consulting Call
This call is either scheduled during the Setup Audit Call or when the customer receives an email with the link to schedule their call. This is automation inside the Wicked Consulting Infusionsoft Campaign
PURPOSE: This is the 3rd call as part of the free consulting and should be between 30 - 45 days after signup. The hope is that the customer now has a month or so of good data and all troubleshooting has been completed. We can spend most of this call showing them how to get value from Wicked Reports so they can begin using it on their own.
1) Right click on the 30 Day - Consulting Call Checklist to make a copy of the Checklist
2) Right click on the new file to Rename the File to be

3) Right click on the new file to Move it to the Client's folder under the Clients folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B9oHHcdw4zc8MEcxWi1oUktQaEU
4) At the beginning of the call, be sure to begin recording
5) After the call, the file from the recording will be processed and saved, you need to upload the new mp4 file to the Client's folder
6) Share the video from the Google Drive Folder with the client. You want to use View permissions for the file.
