If you are not seeing any leads for a Facebook Ad, which you believe should have leads attributed to it, please follow the checklist below to troubleshoot what might be wrong.
- Verify your CRM is authorized
- If using Wicked API, verify Wicked Reports has Contact Data
- Verify the correct Facebook Ad Account is authorized
- Verify tracking on Facebook Ads
- Verify Facebook Ad Landing Page has Wicked Tracking Code
- Verify Optin Form Tracking is set up
